Article 1: object
These conditions of sale are concluded between on the one hand L'Artisan du Vitrail and on the other hand any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the site www.lartisanduvitrail.com called “the customer”.
The present conditions of sale will govern only all the sales contracts between the Artisan du Vitrail and its customers, the acceptance of any offer emanating from the site implies the adhesion to this one. The conditions of sale, prices, information and photos on this site do not bind the Artisan du Vitrail, who reserves the right to modify them without notice, it being understood, however, that the data of the day of the order are the only ones applicable to the client.

Article 2 - PRICE
The prices are in euros including all taxes and take into account the applicable VAT (for metropolitan France).
Prices do not include postage and packaging costs, these are calculated and specified to the customer after calculation when ordering and are a function of the weight of the items and the country.
For introductory workshops, the prices indicated include the loan of materials and equipment necessary for the proper functioning of the workshops as well as the supplies made available.
L'Artisan du Vitrail reserves the right to modify the prices of its services at any time. They will come into force as soon as they are put online. The applicable rates are thus those in force on the date of the reservation made by the customer.

Article 3 - ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER
Each order is accepted if the customer:
- completes the identification form on which he indicates all the requested contact details;
- validates his order after having checked it;
- make the payment under the conditions provided.
All of the data provided and the validation recorded will constitute proof of the transaction.

Article 4 - DELIVERY
Notwithstanding any clause to the contrary, our goods travel in all circumstances at the risk and peril of the customer. Consequently, the customer must check the deliveries and exercise, if necessary, the necessary remedies in term and within the time limits provided by law. The complaint must first be made to the agent responsible for the distribution of the package, then to our company.
Despite all the care taken by L'Artisan du Vitrail to stock supply, an item may become unavailable between the order taking and delivery. If it is impossible to honor all or part of the order, the customer's account is credited by the Artisan du Vitrail for the amount of the undelivered items. The Artisan du Vitrail then warns the customer by email.
Orders are processed after receipt of full payment for the invoice. Delivery times vary depending on the type of order and manufacturing times. L'Artisan du Vitrail undertakes to contact the customer to indicate the manufacturing deadlines. The final delivery time is that of the carrier. It is on average two (2) days in mainland France. Unless otherwise stipulated when ordering, any delivery made beyond a period of sixty (60) days through the fault of the Artisan du Vitrail may give rise to the cancellation of the order by the customer and its reimbursement.

Article 5 - WITHDRAWAL / RETURN OF THE PRODUCT
The customer has the possibility in accordance with article L 121-16 of the Consumer Code to return at his own expense (in its original packaging) the product in its original state, within seven (7) days. from delivery for exchange or refund without penalty. On the other hand, L'Artisan du Vitrail cannot be held responsible for damage to the product related to transport. No refund will be made in the event of breakage or breakage of the returned item.

Article 6 - CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SERVICES OF THE INITIATION WORKSHOP
The services governed by these general conditions of sale are workshop services offered by L'Artisan du Vitrail and presented on the site www.lartisanduvitrail.com. They are offered subject to availability.
The content of the workshops, their duration and the prices are presented on the website.
The purchase of one or more workshops implies on the part of the customer the unconditional acceptance of these general conditions of sale in force on the day of the purchase of the workshop, as they appear on the website www. lartisanduvitrail.com.
The visuals of the initiation workshops posted on the site www.lartisanduvitrail.com are provided for illustrative purposes only.
Participants are likely to be photographed or filmed, and their image disseminated on the internet via social networks and Google. If you do not want to appear on the photos / videos, you just have to warn us at the start of the workshop and provide us in writing with your wish not to use your image on the internet.

Article 7 - RESERVATION OF INITIATION WORKSHOPS
L'Artisan du Vitrail undertakes to record all reservations made by the customer on the site www.lartisanduvitrail.com, by email or during his visit to the workshop only within the limits of available places.
Reservations are made directly on the "Training" page, by email or during a visit to the workshop.
To book, the customer must inform the desired dates within 6 (six) months of payment.
The payment by the customer is worth signature and acceptance of the general conditions of sale.
L'Artisan du Vitrail confirms his reservation to the customer by phone or email. This e-mail contains the information of the reservation, the dates fixed and indicates the contact details of L'Artisan du Vitrail.
The initiation workshops must be carried out by the customer within 1 (one) year from the date of payment. After this period, no reimbursement can be made by the Artisan du Vitrail.

Article 8 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, CANCELLATION OF SERVICES (INITIATION WORKSHOPS)
In accordance with the provisions of article 121-21-8 of the consumer code, the user cannot exercise his right of withdrawal insofar as, by paying for the initiation workshop that he has chosen , he subscribes to a “provision of services of leisure activities which must be provided on a specific date or period”.
Cancellation at the initiative of the customer:
No event is refundable. In case of cancellation in advance (6 months), we will offer you to participate in another event of the same type, at the same price. In case of cancellation less than 6 months in advance, we will not be able to offer a new workshop.
Cancellation at the initiative of L'Artisan du Vitrail:
L'Artisan du Vitrail reserves the right to postpone or cancel a workshop. The client will be offered a new workshop date on the same theme.

Article 9 - RESPONSIBILITY
L'Artisan du Vitrail cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet, such as disruption of services, loss of data, intrusion, viruses or other unintentional problems.
L'Artisan du Vitrail cannot be held responsible for damage caused to the client's person or to his property during an introductory workshop.
L'Artisan du Vitrail cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of objects and personal effects brought by the customer.
At the end of the initiation workshop, the customer who wishes to reproduce a stained glass window offered by L'Artisan du Vitrail does so under his responsibility. It is their responsibility to ensure that no risk results from the manufacture or handling of the equipment or products that they have acquired on their own. L'Artisan du Vitrail cannot be held responsible for the result of the stained glass window produced by the client, under his responsibility, on the grounds that it would have been previously offered during an initiation workshop.

Article 11 - PERSONAL DATA (COMPUTING AND FREEDOMS)
The information and personal data collected on the site www.lartisanduvitrail.com are reserved for the sole use of the Artisan du Vitrail.
In accordance with the amended law "Informatique et Libertés" of 6 January 1978, the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete his personal data.

Article 12 - RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP CLAUSE
The original creations sold by the Artisan du Vitrail remain his property until full and effective payment by the customer.
In the event of repackaging, transformation or personalization of goods delivered for resale, the customer must obtain our prior authorization, in contractual form, after presentation of the product obtained.

Article 13 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All the elements concerning the site www.lartisanduvitrail.com are and remain its intellectual and exclusive property. Any reproduction, exploitation, redistribution or use of the elements of these sites, whether textual, software, visual and sound, is strictly prohibited under penalty of criminal prosecution.

Article 14 - APPLICABLE LAW AND SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
These conditions of online sale are subject exclusively to French law. In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the French courts, notwithstanding the plurality of defendants or call for guarantees.
